Island Green have introduced the Ladies Short Sleeve Polo Shirt. This polo top has been designed with 4-way stretch properties, which allows for flexible movements teamed additionally with moisture wicking and quick drying elements and made in breathable materials giving you lightweight movement and comfort when out on the course. Stylised with a printed sleeve panels, self fabric collar with contrast back neck tape, Island Green branded buttons to the placket, curved back yoke detail and diamante logo to the hem.

DELIVERY POLICY
We offer two methods of delivery; Standard delivery for £3.95 and Express delivery for £5.95
Standard delivery takes approx 3-5 working days (excl Sat & Sun)
Express delivery takes between 1-2 working day (excl Sat & Sun)
All Express delivery orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be despatched the same day. All orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the next working day.
We will confirm via email once your order has been dispatched. Your dispatch email will contain your tracking information. We will post your item(s) within 3 working days of receipt of your order provided that they are in stock and the payment is authorised. We send all orders to the UK mainland address via Royal Mail. All International shipments will be sent via DHL and will take between 5 days and 7 days.
We are pleased to offer Free standard delivery for orders over £475 (UK mainland only)
All shipments to the rest of the world will be posted by DHL, and will be subject to a flat rate of £9.95, unless spending over £125, whereby it will be FREE.
International orders are subject to your own countries customs charges, duties and tax and the responsibility of the customer.
Any International Orders that are returned to Golf Birdie Boutique for non payment of customer tax duties etc, we will email the customer and re arrange delivery. Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay any incurred customs charges duty charges clearance fees and import tax on receiving or returning a parcel. The customer is responsible for the payment of these charges. We cannot advise you on what these charges will be and recommend that you speak to the Customs officials locally. Please note – we cannot undervalue a parcel or mark it as a gift. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, customs fees and handling fees and return shipment costs should they refuse to accept an order due to customs/import costs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item for a refund or an exchange. Sale items are non-refundable.
All items must be returned in the same condition that they are received.
You will receive a returns form in your order. Please fill this out and include it in your return. We ask that you return your item(s) via a tracked service as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost parcels. Please return your items to the address below.

Where is my order?
When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email to let you know. From there you can track your order for regular updates.
If you're not in when the courier tries to deliver your order don't panic! They will leave a calling card with further instructions.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once your order has been placed, amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you request a cancellation via email within 15 minutes of placing your order, we will attempt to cancel the order before it is dispatched. After 15 minutes we cannot cancel your order, but you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address at checkout, you may not need to cancel your order. Get in touch via email with the correct address ASAP and we will do our best to help. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.
