Where is my order?

When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email to let you know. From there you can track your order for regular updates.

If you're not in when the courier tries to deliver your order don't panic! They will leave a calling card with further instructions.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Once your order has been placed, amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If you request a cancellation via email within 15 minutes of placing your order, we will attempt to cancel the order before it is dispatched. After 15 minutes we cannot cancel your order, but you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

 

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address at checkout, you may not need to cancel your order. Get in touch via email with the correct address ASAP and we will do our best to help. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.
